Contract Information: Membership contract ends February 28, 2013. The contract automatically renews itself by one full year if a written resignation is not received by October 31, 2012. An initial down payment of $300.00 is required upon signing and $200.00 due four weeks later. The new member will be permitted to golf the rest of the 2011 season without any billing commitments until March 1, 2012, unless the *Discount Scheduled is used.
Discount Schedule: 10% discount with full payment in one installment upon signing.
6% discount with three installments paid on February 1st, May 1st and July 1st 2012 with $500.00 down payment due at signing.
0% discount with 12 monthly installments starting March 1, 2012 with $500.00 due at signing.

- PNGC Players Card
The following seasonal Guest Rates (April 15th through September 22nd) are as follows:
Monday/Tuesday: $25.00 Wednesday: $30.00 Thursday: $35.00 Friday: $40.00
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: $45.00 Non-season Rates (above rates reduced by $5.00)
*The benefit of the PNGC Players Card: The maximum any card holder will pay is $35.00. Monday -Wednesday rates will be charged as shown above. Thursday to Sunday including Holidays will only be charged at the $35.00 rate. Rates are not subject to change until December 31st 2012
Membership Includes:
a. Above rates include cart fee.
b. Preferred tee times and personal locker
c. 5% dining discount.
d. 20% discount on range and 10% discount on lessons.
e. Charge card can be used to make purchases for the following club services: golf with cart, driving range tokens, restaurant and lessons.
f. Members may have (1) guest up until 11am on weekends and (3) guests after 11am on weekends.
g. Access to St. Jude Golf Club. PNGC rates apply.
A. Minimum purchase is $500.00, Maximum of $1,000.00 B. Minimum purchase of $250.00, Maximum of $500.00 (excludes locker and dining discount)
Purchase before December 24th and receive an extra $100.00 value for first initial charge of $500.00 and $200.00 for and initial charge of $1000.00 {A}. Receive an extra $50.00 for $250.00 purchase and an extra $100.00 for $500.00 {B}.

Minimum credit is $500.00 for $1000.00 card {A}; you may place any amount on card after initial purchase up to $1000.00 limit. When credit is depleted, you will have the option to place additional funds back on card up to $1000.00, if dissatisfied with services you may surrender your card and your money will be refunded. Also applicable to purchase {B}.

Membership Includes: Unlimited golf Monday-Friday, Weekends & Holidays after 2:30 pm.
Weekends & Holidays: Public Rates Apply before 2:30pm
Cart Fee: Only available Monday to Friday,
Weekends and Holidays after 2pm (16yrs. & older) 18/ $12.50 9/$7.00
Tee Times: Applies to ALL Memberships. Members are permitted to schedule Monday-Thursday tee times without prior notice, as long as the tee time has not been filled. A 24-hour notice must be given to reserve tee times for Friday otherwise the will be released to non-members. Reservations for Weekend & Holiday tee times must be made no later than Thursday otherwise they will be released to non-members. Tee time reservations will be taken up to 7 days in advance. Membership will be given 7 days advance notice of golf outing over 36 golfers.
Automatic Membership Renewal: A membership automatically renews itself for one full year (12 months) if a written resignation is not received by October 31st of any given year. Membership contracts run from March 1st to February 28th of any given year. The above terms do not apply to the PNGC Players Card
Changes in Membership Dues & Charges: Membership will be informed no later than September 15th of any changes in the membership dues structure or charges for the following year (the next season).
On Weekends & Holidays, a with cart only rule will be imposed until 2:30pm
